Do you want to earn more based on your own efforts? Nordtvätt is now looking for driven and social outdoor sales representatives who want to sell their high-quality cleaning services to property owners, homeowners, and housing associations. Nordtvätt's services offer a wide range in roof, facade, and indoor environments, combining modern drone technology with traditional methods. It's an easy-to-sell product with clear value that can be presented directly to the customer. We are looking for someone who wants to influence their own salary based on performance and enjoys working actively in the field.

Job Information

As an outdoor sales representative at Nordtvätt, you will be in the field and have direct contact with customers. You will present Nordtvätt's services, create meetings, and close deals on-site while clearly demonstrating the value and benefits of the products. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you plan your day independently, drive sales forward, and contribute to strengthening Nordtvätt's presence and brand in the area. You will work with a high degree of freedom and flexibility, focusing on achieving results and maximizing your own income.

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, energetic, and enjoys talking to people

• Has a strong drive and wants to influence their salary based on performance

• Is goal-oriented, results-driven, and enjoys working independently

• Sees challenges as opportunities and does not give up in the face of adversity

• Has a valid driver's license and access to a car (meritorious)

• Can speak and write fluent Swedish

Previous experience in sales or door-to-door sales is a plus, but no prior experience is required. We value your attitude, personal qualities, and work ethic above all.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of outdoor sales representative at Nordtvätt, you will be out with customers and in direct contact with sales. You meet people daily, build trust, and close sales on-site. Through door-to-door sales, you will present Nordtvätt's easy-to-sell services in an engaging and clear manner, identify customer needs, and offer solutions that create immediate value. You are responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact to the completed deal, and you work actively towards clear goals where your performance directly affects your salary. The role involves great freedom under responsibility, where you plan your own workday, build long-term customer relationships, and represent Nordtvätt's brand in a professional and trustworthy manner. Through your drive and energy, you also contribute to developing the sales work and strengthening Nordtvätt's market presence.
