We are now looking for you to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Laholm. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 35%, and the working hours per week may vary.

The position is temporary from 2026-03-01 to 2026-04-30

There is a possibility of extension during the summer.

In your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock items on our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant meetings characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet the customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how you can contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is a merit if you have experience in retail, working in a service profession, and/or with food and beverages.
