Job Description

Byggera is now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator and customer service representative on

part-time.

In this role, you will have a varied and social workday where you become an important part of the company's daily operations. You will work closely with both customers and management and have the opportunity to contribute in several areas.

The position is flexible and offers the possibility to work part of the time from home.

Administration

You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the business. This may involve order management, purchasing, and documentation.

An important part of the role is also to administer new products in our PIM system (Product Information Management).

We use Squarp for master data, which makes the work both structured and easy to manage.

Customer Service – Incoming

You will meet our customers in a friendly and professional manner when they reach out. This may involve inquiries, orders, or support, and you ensure that they always receive quick and good assistance.

Customer Service – Outbound

You will also work proactively with customer contact. This means reaching out to both new and existing customers, working with sales, and scheduling meetings for the CEO or other team members.

Marketing

You will support our marketing efforts and get to use your creative side:

• Manage and plan content on LinkedIn together with the CEO, including administering the account and writing posts.
• Develop brochures and simpler marketing materials.
• Update and manage our website.
