The Position

The role of a mentor/job coach involves coaching our participants and actively working with employer contacts to find sustainable matches. Work with participants takes place both individually and in groups. We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve set goals and has a sales-oriented and results-focused approach. You have a broad understanding of the labor market's needs and challenges. You believe in the individual and that everyone has a place in the labor market.

Qualifications

You have worked for a few years as a job coach and preferably have experience in recruitment/staffing. Since a large part of the job involves outreach activities, such as employer contacts and external activities, it is advantageous if you also have sales experience.

You have good digital skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Since the position is carried out on behalf of the Employment Service, you must meet one of the options below to be considered for the position:

Option 1

Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most suitable to achieve the goals of the service. Work experience: At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

Education: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Management with personnel responsibility, Recruitment. Transition work for job seekers. Study and career guidance. Handling of personnel issues (not just personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology. Career guidance.
