The Department of Individuals and Families is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services that are based on the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS).

The department is broad and includes both authority and service components aimed at citizens of all ages. We are currently undergoing a transition based on the new Social Services Act, where the business developer will have a central role linked to the department's operational plan and goal areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work on driving development and creating long-term improvements?

As a business developer within the Department of Individuals and Families, you will play a central role in analyzing, developing, and improving the organization's processes and work methods. You contribute to creating a more efficient and qualitative social service that makes a difference for both users and citizens.

As a business developer, you will work closely with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to drive development work. The assignment involves ensuring that the organization meets its goals and develops sustainably.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Analyzing and identifying areas for improvement and developing and implementing methods and processes,
• Supporting managers and employees in change work and project management,
• Conducting data collection and analysis and following up key figures and indicators,
• Developing and implementing routines and tools for quality work and continuous improvement,
• Leading improvement projects in areas such as digitalization, efficiency, and quality assurance,
• Collaborating with internal and external actors to spread knowledge, ideas, and methods,
• Contributing to a learning organization and long-term organizational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you need to have good analytical skills and be accustomed to working with follow-up and key figures. You need to be structured, collaborative, and able to explain and convey complex issues clearly.

We also see that you have:

• A university degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, economics, or equivalent education
• Experience in development and change work
• Experience working in social services
• Experience in authority exercise
• Experience in analysis and follow-up work
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing
• Good digital competence

It is considered an advantage if you have worked with project management and implementation.
