About the position

As a Consultant Manager at Lernia in Halland, you have a central role in our operations. You work both operationally and commercially with responsibility for customers, consultants, and recruitment. The role involves overall responsibility where you drive processes from the first customer contact to follow-up on delivery and employee development.

You work closely with both customers and consultants and have daily contact via phone, email, and personal meetings. You ensure that customers get the right competence in place while creating secure and developing assignments for your employees.

Responsibilities

In the role of Consultant Manager, you are responsible for:

• Building, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers in the region
• Sales of staffing and recruitment services as well as upselling to existing customers
• Driving the entire recruitment process – from requirement profiles and advertising to interviews, selection, and hiring
• Personnel responsibility for your consultants, including follow-up, work environment, well-being, and development
• Introduction and onboarding of new consultants at the customer site
• Staffing planning and ensuring the right competence for the right assignments
• Administrative tasks related to employment, contracts, time reporting, and documentation

You work proactively to understand the market and customers' future needs, and you have close collaboration with colleagues within Lernia to find the best solutions.

Your background

We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment, staffing, or personnel management who thrives in a role where business and people go hand in hand.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within industry, logistics, technology, or similar sectors
• Experience in customer contact, sales, or business development
• Experience in personnel responsibility or a strong desire to take the next step towards a leadership role
• Good administrative skills and experience working in various systems
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
