About the Position

The position involves working independently within relevant salary agreement areas with payroll administration throughout the payroll process. In this role, you will consult and support managers, employees, and elected representatives in relevant salary and fee issues.

You will conduct training and support managers and employees in the payroll system Heroma. Your area of responsibility will include pension management. You will plan and organize your own work both independently and with the workgroup and other colleagues.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

You have a KY education in payroll, or other education or experience deemed equivalent. A few years of experience in operational work with payroll management where you have interpreted collective agreements is desirable. We also see that you have a few years of experience in pension issues and handling pensions in your role as a payroll consultant.

It is advantageous if you have completed KPA's basic training, and it is also advantageous if you have previously worked in Heroma.
