About the position

The Development Department has a broad mission, part of which involves coordinating and developing education for healthcare employees. The regional mission for general training (AT) and basic training (BT) for doctors constitutes a large part of the coordinator's assignment.

As a coordinator, you will work closely with the head of the AT/BT department. The main task as a coordinator involves coordinating, administering, and organizing the service of AT/BT doctors. You will be involved in the entire process from recruitment to completed AT/BT. In addition, you will contribute to educational matters for students as well as introduction and skills development for employees at Halland Hospital. The assignment also includes the role of coordinator for the Development Department by providing administrative support to colleagues and managers. The role also includes preparing meetings, developing presentations, and documenting workflows and processes.

The position as a coordinator is based in the Development Department, which together with HR, Finance and Informatics, the Administration Department, Pharmaceuticals Halland, Medical Technology Halland, and Local Development and Safety constitutes the area of management and operational support. The common mission of the area is to support Halland Hospital in the implementation of its core missions to provide specialized somatic emergency care, carry out planned care, and support the development and innovation of healthcare. The Development Department is a support to realize the goals at Halland Hospital and to develop the hospital's main and support processes. The Development Department aims to be an accessible and close partner in continuous improvements, development, and innovation with a focus on sustainable development and education.

The workplace is located at Halland Hospital Varberg.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in HR, administration, or healthcare. You are good at expressing yourself in speech and writing and have very good IT skills. As travel is required in the position, a valid driver's license (B) is desirable. According to the current environmental policy, collective transport should be used whenever possible.

As a person, it is important that you are service-oriented, meticulous, structured, and a skilled administrator. Furthermore, we see that you are flexible, good at collaborating, and building networks. The role also requires that you have the ability to be proactive and contribute to the development of the organization. Additionally, you should be able to quickly adopt new working methods and have the ability to inspire others to do the same. You also have the willingness and ability to provide young doctors and students with good support at the start of their careers. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
