The work is varied and may include:

• Welcoming visitors and colleagues at the reception with high-level service.
• Receiving orders for office supplies, breakfast, and catering.
• Answering phone calls, managing emails, booking meeting rooms, checking in visitors, and producing access cards/loan cards.
• Handling fault reports and staying one step ahead of the customer.
• Being helpful and attentive regarding daily operations in contact with the customer.
• Ensuring that the premises are in top condition and that conference technology works optimally.

You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a hired employee for our client.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least a high school diploma.
• Preferably work experience in the receptionist profession.
• You master both Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
• Are attentive, self-confident, and have a positive attitude towards life.
• You are fundamentally a service-oriented person with a good ability to build relationships and create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
• You strive to maintain order and structure in your work, have an unpretentious approach, and see challenges as opportunities.
• Have good adaptability.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Studying at least 50% and continuing for two years ahead.
• Available 2–3 days a week.
• Be flexible as there may be needs from the client at short notice. During the summer, there may be opportunities for full-time work for a couple of weeks.
