To make our strategy a reality in everyday life, our management needs to work closely, coordinated, and with good structure. We are now looking for a CEO and management coordinator who, with care, professionalism, and a holistic view, wants to be a close support to the CEO and management team.

About the role

As a CEO and management coordinator, you have a trusted role where you contribute to calm, structure, and coherence in the management team's work. You are the one who creates good conditions for meetings, dialogue, and follow-up, helping management maintain focus on what is most important. The role is characterized by collaboration, responsiveness, and significant responsibility, with the opportunity to influence how we work together.

Your main responsibilities

  • Be a close, secure, and professional support to the CEO and management team
  • Plan and coordinate the management team's meetings with care for both content and form
  • Prepare invitations, agendas, and decision materials
  • Document meetings and follow up on decisions in a clear and accessible way
  • Contribute to a good structure in the management team's annual cycle, goals, and joint commitments
  • Facilitate information flows and interaction between the CEO, management team, board, and organization
  • Maintain, update, and ensure the quality of governing documents, policies, and guidelines
  • Participate in developing working methods that strengthen collaboration, clarity, and job satisfaction
  • Provide support in preparing matters for the board as needed

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or other education that can be assessed as equivalent.
  • Has several years of experience in qualified administrative or coordinating work, preferably close to management
  • Works in a structured and meticulous manner, with the ability to create order even in complex contexts
  • Has a very good ability to express yourself warmly, clearly, and professionally in Swedish
  • Is comfortable with digital tools and modern working methods

Meritorious:

  • Experience from municipal companies or other public operations
  • Familiarity with board or management group processes
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, internal control, or quality work
