Biltema Logistics is now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to take a key role in developing our leadership, organizational capability, and our business-critical HR processes. About the role As an HR Business Partner, you will operate from a business-oriented perspective and be responsible for driving and further developing the company's HR processes, policies, and working methods in line with the needs and goals of the organization. The operational HR work is primarily carried out through strategic and consultative support to managers at various levels. You are a support, sounding board, and sometimes challenger to leaders on issues related to organizational matters, goal management, accountability, development, and leadership. The role involves helping our leaders translate goals and strategy into clear expectations, follow-up, and development of both individuals and teams.
An important part of the assignment is also to educate and develop the organization's leaders by planning, implementing, and further developing HR's training initiatives in areas such as leadership, labor law, and other business-related HR fields.
Your responsibilities In the role of HR Business Partner, you will, among other things:
Work consultatively and business-near to leaders in areas such as:
Leadership and employee engagement, Goal management and follow-up, Organizational and competence development, Work environment, rehabilitation, and labor law
Have process responsibility for one or more HR processes, including:
-Monitoring HR trends and external developments -Revising and developing processes, routines, and policies
Plan, implement, and further develop HR's training for managers and leaders, for example in:
Leadership & employee engagement, Labor law and management law, as well as Recruitment and competence development
Participate in local and, if necessary, central negotiations and collaboration forums with employee representatives
Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with good experience in qualified HR work and who is confident in the role of strategic HR partner to managers and management. You are used to working with leadership development and thrive in the role of educator, facilitator, and advisor.
As a person, you are:
Business-oriented, analytical, and structured
Clear, pedagogical, and confident in dialogue with managers
Used to driving complex issues and prioritizing based on the needs of the business
Relationship-building with integrity and professionalism
