The Harbor and Street Management is in an exciting phase of development. We have recently undergone a reorganization that has created new opportunities to build work methods, processes, and structures in a more cohesive way. We are now looking for a business developer who wants to help shape how we work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a business developer with us means varied tasks at both operational and strategic levels. You will work closely with managers and employees across the entire department. You will collaborate with the department's Development Strategist, who we are also recruiting now. You will initiate, coordinate, and drive development and change work within the department. You will develop processes and promote collaboration between departments and various administrations and companies. You will coordinate and perform parts of the internal control. You will work with cross-departmental system management.

The department works with projects, value-creating processes, and networks as development methods. The municipality works with common governance models and tools that you will have the opportunity to influence and participate in the development of.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying for this job have a bachelor's degree, preferably in public administration or similar. You have worked with development work, process management, change management, and/or project management. You enjoy planning, leading, and executing tasks and processes forward. You work well independently but also like to collaborate. You are pedagogical and have a high communicative ability. You take initiative and drive processes forward. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.
