About the Position

As an administrator focusing on quality and environment at LPM Potatis, you will have overall responsibility for the company's quality and environmental work. You will have a coordinating role regarding documentation, training, and ensuring that the company complies with relevant requirements and standards. The role also includes other administration, order placement, and support to the CEO. During holidays and campaigns, you will also support your colleagues in customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company's quality and environmental work
• Ensure that routines, policies, and processes are followed and kept updated
• Conduct and follow up on internal controls, reporting, and deviation management
• Drive improvement work related to quality, environment, and work processes
• Maintain and administer documentation, certification materials, and reports
• Support customer service as needed: answer questions and place orders

The workplace is located in Laholm, where both office and production are situated, with 25 colleagues distributed across different departments. At LPM Potatis, you will be part of a stable company with an open atmosphere where we care about people enjoying their work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working in administration with a focus on quality and environment. You have experience from manufacturing companies and a good understanding of flow and processes. You also have good knowledge of business systems and Excel. It is highly meritorious if you have knowledge of HACCP and the business system Pyramid.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and responsible. You create order and progress in processes and can easily switch between detail focus and a holistic perspective. You are also unpretentious and flexible. Collaboration is important at LPM Potatis as we are a small organization and expect that you, like us, enjoy working across departmental boundaries.

LPM Potatis is a company that has been purchasing, processing, and distributing potato products to stores, wholesalers, and restaurants since 1976. We are located in pleasant and well-planned premises in Trulstorp, Laholm - beautifully situated just a few kilometers from Mellbystrand. About Employment and Application

The position is a temporary position at 75% for approximately 1.5 years with the possibility of extension. The appointment will take place at the end of March/beginning of April or by agreement.
