Job Responsibilities

The tasks within healthcare administration are varied and often involve contact and collaboration with other professional groups as well as with our patients. The tasks include, among other things, healthcare documentation, patient administrative registrations, diagnosis and action registrations, telephone service, and many other challenging and stimulating tasks. As a medical secretary with us, you will work with both the lung and allergy sections. We support each other within the lung and allergy section.

About the Workplace

The section includes an allergy clinic, lung clinic, and lung medical day care. At the allergy clinic, examinations, investigations, and vaccinations are performed. The lung clinic consists of investigations and follow-ups of pulmonary diseases, and within lung medical day care, patients receive their cancer treatment.

The main task of the administrative unit is to be a good service function towards our patients, as well as for our operations. We have close cooperation with all staff and serve as an important link between patients and the care unit. You will join a workgroup with a team spirit and broad experience. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary and preferably has experience with the Cosmic journal system. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in both outpatient and inpatient care.

As a person, you are driven and genuinely want to influence your own development in the healthcare administrative work. In your team, you work together with your colleagues for continued development and improvement, where you and your skills, experience, and your opinions and ideas are important.

You should have good organizational skills, a good attitude, and good collaboration skills. You are positive, engaged, and interested in varied and independent work. The job requires a well-developed ability to collaborate with different professional categories as well as to meet many different people with varying needs in a respectful and professional manner. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
