Sales-Oriented Junior Consultant Manager

About the role In this role, you will combine sales with responsibility for the business throughout the process. You will lead, schedule, and recruit consultants for daily operations. You will actively work to create and develop customer relationships while supporting and coaching employees in their daily work. The role provides you with a broad understanding of the business and is a perfect step for you who want to grow as a leader.

Your tasks

• Actively work with sales and customer relationships

• Identify business opportunities and contribute to growth

• Lead, coach, and follow up with employees in their daily work

• Ensure well-being, engagement, and development within the team

• Participate in planning, follow-up, and improvement of work methods

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong interest in sales and leadership

• Is driven, goal-oriented, and business-minded

• Is communicative and has an easy time building relationships

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

Previous experience in sales or teamwork is an advantage but not a requirement – the right attitude is the most important.
