Your Role

We are looking for an engaged HR Business Partner who wants to guide managers and leaders in business-related HR issues while working strategically, tactically, and operationally.

Working as an HR Business Partner is both fun, developing, exciting, and inspiring. The role entails significant personal responsibility and an independent working style, while you are part of a dedicated HR team with colleagues across Sweden where support and opportunities for dialogue and experience exchange are available when needed. Together, we contribute to solving complex HR issues.

As an HR Business Partner at Saab, you will have many points of contact with managers, employees, and other HR colleagues within Sweden, as well as external contacts through school collaboration, occupational health services, etc. The work involves guiding, coaching, and supporting the business in various contexts and decisions. The assignment is primarily focused on the operations in Halmstad, where the position is located, but other tasks and responsibilities may also occur.

The operations in Halmstad are conducted in new modern buildings, tailored to the needs and working methods of the business. Some travel may occur. You will report to the HR manager of the business unit in another location.

Your Profile

We believe that you:

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in qualified HR work
• Have worked in modern HR systems
• Have knowledge of Swedish labor law
• Can manage various types of contacts (e.g., managers, union representatives, employees, expert/support functions, external)
• Can balance strategically important HR issues and initiatives with operational HR matters
• Speak, write, and understand Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English.

As a person, you are curious and proactive. You are communicative and possess personal maturity and good judgment. You are interested in learning new things and developing.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
