Falkenbergs Elinstallation is looking for a structured and responsible employee in office, administration, payroll, and finance.

Job Responsibilities

Ongoing bookkeeping

Incoming and outgoing payments

Reconciliations

Reporting VAT to the Tax Agency

Larger A-account invoicing

Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements

Liquidity report

Posting of supplier invoices (approx. 3500 per year)

Payroll for 4 office staff + 18 electricians

Reporting employer contributions

Reporting FORA + Collectum

Reporting SEF

Supplier invoices, invoicing, and time reporting in Bygglet

Bookkeeping in Visma Administration

Payroll in Visma Lön

Qualifications

Relevant education in finance and administration.

Experience from a similar position is a requirement.

Very good ability to work independently.

Very good ability to express oneself professionally and commercially in speech and writing.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
