Do you want to create real value in society?

As a Business Analyst with us, you will play a key role in development and change projects where IT and operations meet.

Here, you will use your analytical skills to understand needs, clarify complex issues, and drive sustainable solutions that work in everyday life. We offer a varied and innovative job where you can help shape the future of digital public services. We warmly welcome your application!

The role of Business Analyst with us

As a Business Analyst, you are a central part of our development and change projects, where IT and operations meet. You see what needs to be improved, changed, or renewed, why it matters – and how we can reach a solution that creates real value.

The role suits you if you thrive in a context where you switch between the big picture and details: from understanding goals, needs, and dependencies to creating concrete materials that enable projects and teams to make wise decisions and deliver solutions that work in practice.

You work in collaboration with project managers, business representatives, specialists, and IT teams, acting as a unifying force between different perspectives. You lead the dialogue, create structure, and ensure that efforts are cohesive – even when there are many stakeholders and different goals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • leading and facilitating workshops, interviews, and dialogues
  • analyzing the organization's challenges and identifying root causes, opportunities, and consequences
  • linking requirements and solutions to goals, impact, and user benefits – and contributing to the project prioritizing correctly
  • describing needs and requirements clearly in a way that works for both operations and development
  • contributing with system thinking: seeing the whole, understanding dependencies between processes, systems, data, and people
  • supporting the work with process mapping, information flows, and improved working methods
  • following up that delivered solutions achieve the desired effect and contributing to learning and continuous improvements

Your profile

As a person, you are confident, curious, and relationship-building. In this role, you ask the important questions, challenge assumptions, and help teams and operations find the right problems to solve. You are structured, analytical, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to reconcile different perspectives. You communicate clearly and pedagogically, adapt to different target groups, and can balance needs, technical conditions, timelines, and priorities – always focusing on value and results. You see wholes and consequences from a process, data, system, and human perspective and translate this into practical recommendations. Documenting and sharing knowledge is a natural part of your working method. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • relevant university education or equivalent relevant work experience in needs analysis and requirements work or similar.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • experience in leading and facilitating workshops
  • experience in change management and/or process development
  • experience working with data flows/integrations or automated decision processes
  • knowledge of public procurement
  • relevant experience in similar work
