The Role of HR Generalist with Us

We offer a varied and independent job that spans most HR areas.

You will primarily focus on operational HR work, providing qualified HR support to managers regarding the HR issues they encounter in their daily work. For example, labor law matters, rehabilitation, workplace environment issues, and salary reviews. You will also have an extended responsibility, working both operationally and at a more strategic level within a specialization area. Within your specialization area, you will be responsible for driving and developing processes together with the team and HR colleagues in other departments.

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the HR team. Together, you will drive HR work based on the conditions and challenges the department faces.

You need to be unpretentious, responsible, and deliver quality on time. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a university degree in HR or other education/experience that we consider equivalent
• has several years of experience in operational and strategic managerial support within the HR field
• has good knowledge and experience in labor law matters and interpreting laws and agreements
• has experience in municipal or other public operations
• has a B driver's license

The HR unit consists of four HR generalists with different areas of specialization, a unit manager for central staffing, and a personnel manager. The unit's mission in the department is to drive, develop, and ensure HR processes and act as support for the department's managers. The workplace is centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the Travel Center. There is an opportunity for remote work based on the needs of the operation.
