You will report to the accounting manager and work closely with both the team and the business.
About the role
As an accounting economist at Aim’n, you will work operationally and development-oriented with a focus on quality, structure, and improvement. You will have a central role in the accounting for the entire group, which includes our subsidiaries in Norway and New Zealand. In this role, you will ensure accurate accounting according to the local legislation of each country and actively contribute to streamlining and digitizing the financial processes.

- Reconciliation of internal transactions.
- Internal reporting and follow-up.
- Close collaboration with other functions in the organization through ongoing internal reconciliations.
- Active participation in projects related to streamlining, automation, and digitization of the finance function.
Your profile
We believe you have:
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance from a university/college, at least a bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in qualified accounting work.
- Experience with monthly and annual financial statements.
- Experience with group accounting.
- Very good knowledge of VAT and tax management.
- Experience with internal reporting and working in companies with larger transaction flows.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
- Experience with international accounting and/or e-commerce.
- Strong interest in systems, automation, and process improvements.
Who are you?
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You thrive in a role with many contact points and are a natural team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the whole. You are communicative, unpretentious, and confident in your accounting skills, with a genuine interest in accounting. You enjoy delving into regulations, keeping updated on news, and understanding changes in accounting practices.
You are proactive, goal-oriented towards deadlines, and have the ability to see details while also understanding the bigger picture. You thrive in companies with fast decision-making processes and appreciate working in a dynamic environment.
