About the role

In this position, you will have a varied and administrative HR role where you support the business in several parts of the employee journey. You will act as a daily support in HR matters and ensure that processes and documentation are handled correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. You will be part of a team with HR colleagues who daily handle similar tasks as you, so there is much knowledge to learn from.

You will work broadly with both operational tasks and ongoing administration, while also having many internal contacts and becoming an important part of the HR team's delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• HR administration related to the entire employment lifecycle
• Support in termination processes, contract extensions, and labor law issues
• Management of trainee programs and expatriate employees
• Administration regarding retirements and related processes
• Maintenance and updating of personnel registers
• Documentation of employment history, pensions, insurance, absences, vacations, and salary changes
• Ongoing support to managers and employees in HR-related matters

We are looking for someone who

• Has a post-secondary education in HR/Human Resources or equivalent
• Has at least one year of experience in similar HR tasks where you have supported managers and employees
• Has good system skills and enjoys structured administrative work
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Preferably has experience with SuccessFactors and/or Medvind, which is an advantage for the assignment

At the same time, you work independently, take initiative, and ensure that tasks are completed with high quality. This is a full-time consulting assignment via OIO for immediate start, initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
