We are now looking for an HR/Payroll Administrator for a temporary position during parental leave, based at our headquarters in Karlstad. The role suits you who enjoys both administrative tasks and contact with employees.
As an HR/Payroll Administrator, you will work alongside the payroll manager with ongoing payroll administration and provide support in HR-related matters. Administrative work related to quality and sustainability efforts may also be included.
We are looking for someone with experience in payroll and/or HR administration, or a university or college degree focused on personnel or similar. If you have previously worked with payroll and have experience with systems like Agda and Expense, we consider this an advantage. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
You quickly adapt to new tasks and thrive in a role where you have a key function in the organization. Social and communicative are words that describe you well, and you have the drive to learn and develop in areas related to payroll and personnel.
YOUR ROLE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
- Ongoing payroll administration (preparation, control, and reporting)
- Administration related to employment, terminations, and changes
- Support for managers and employees in HR and payroll matters
- Contact with authorities, insurance companies, and external parties
- Documentation, follow-up, and administration related to quality and environmental work
