HR Generalist for Temporary Position

As one of our HR generalists is going on parental leave, we are now looking for an HR generalist for a temporary position. The role is placed in the HR unit within the City Executive Office, which is one of Lidingö City's six administrations. The HR unit consists of an HR manager, five HR partners, and two HR generalists. Here, you will work in an organization characterized by trust, courage, and care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR generalist with system administrator responsibilities, you are a key person in the work with our HR systems. You are responsible for the management, development, and training of the city's LMS system. You also drive digitalization issues, including projects related to AI and automation within the HR field. You collaborate with system administrators in other departments as well as with IT.

You also have administrative responsibilities, including handling invoices, job advertisements, and other administrative tasks. You will be part of working groups for the areas of Employer Branding and recruitment. We are currently in an exciting phase where we have just launched our new EVP, which is now to be implemented inside and outside the organization. If necessary, participation in other working groups within the HR field may also occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or other equivalent education
  • Several years of work experience in HR
  • Experience working as a system administrator in an LMS system

Meriting:

  • Experience driving development work in AI and digitalization related to the HR field
  • Experience working in the LMS system Grade Talent
  • Experience in marketing and/or working with social media, preferably related to the implementation of EVP
  • Experience with other HR systems

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to a good work environment. You are self-driven, taking responsibility for your tasks and pushing the work forward independently. Furthermore, you are structured and prioritize your work effectively.

OTHER

The city applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement. The position is a temporary one with a start date according to agreement, preferably in mid-May 2026 until the end of summer 2027.
