RK Information Management, Information Dissemination

We are looking for a security administrator who wants to work with information dissemination at the center of events. We offer a structured work environment for those with knowledge in security protection and an eye for detail. As a security administrator in the Information Dissemination unit of the Administrative Department, you play a central role in the internal and external distribution of information.

You are responsible for forwarding incoming documents to the departments and managing data flows in several IT systems as well as signal protection systems.

The work is responsible and follows established routines to ensure high quality at all levels. Your daily tasks also include administrative duties such as record-keeping. Since our operations are important around the clock, the position entails a varied schedule with shifts for opening and closing as well as standby duty during evenings, nights, and weekends.

The Information Dissemination unit is part of the Government Offices' unit for information management, where you work together in a team of 12 people.

Your background

To be considered for this role, you need to meet all the mandatory requirements, and preferably also the desirable criteria.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Good computer skills
  • Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
  • High school diploma

Desirable:

  • Experience working with the dissemination of protected information in the public sector
  • Signal protection training
  • Experience in record-keeping
  • University degree deemed relevant by the Government Offices
  • Good knowledge of security protection legislation, including experience in practical application

Other

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probationary period, with immediate start as agreed.

The position is classified in a security class and a security clearance with background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but may have a foreign background.

Standby work according to schedule occurs during evenings, nights, and weekends.
