The team in Sweden is growing and works closely with an international group.

About the position

As an office assistant, you will be an important part of the daily operations and a close support to the responsible function in the office. The role is broad and varied with both administrative and practical tasks. The position is part-time, approximately 50%, with the possibility of extension up to 75% depending on needs and the candidate.

Examples of tasks:

• Office services such as ordering office supplies, IT equipment, phones, and subscriptions
• Handling mail and simpler matters related to the office
• Contact with suppliers, such as cleaning companies and IT providers
• Ordering and coordinating lunches, coffee breaks, and receiving guests
• Support in administrative tasks such as travel expenses, reimbursements, and invoice management
• Practical support during the onboarding of new employees
• Other ad hoc tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the office and operations

Requirements

• Driver's license B and access to your own car
• High school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in administrative work or a similar role
• Good system skills and experience with the Office suite, e.g., Outlook

• Extent: Part-time approx. 50%
• Employment: Through Framtiden, fixed-term employment for 4 months, with a chance for extension and transition to James Fisher Defence.
• Location: Vaxholm
• Salary: Approximately 28,000 SEK/month at full-time, adjusted proportionally based on working hours.
• Start date: As agreed, preferably at the beginning of March
