On behalf of our client, we are looking for a financial assistant who can take on a consulting assignment starting in early April. The assignment is full-time and runs until approximately mid-September, located in newly renovated, beautiful premises in central Stockholm.

Since the assignment extends over the summer, it is important that you are able to work during most of the holiday period.

As a financial assistant, you will be part of a finance team consisting of seven employees who work broadly within the accounting area. You will have overall responsibility for the company's accounts payable and act as the system manager in this area.

Additionally, you will participate in various projects focused on developing, streamlining, and improving financial processes within the organization.

• Manage accounts payable, including registration and control of new suppliers, reminder management, and execution of supplier payments.
• System responsibility for Visma DCE.
• Knowledge transfer - train new users in the system.
• Improve and streamline invoice and receipt management processes.
• Perform year-end work, account reconciliations, and cost reserves.
• Customer invoicing in PM.

• Preferably relevant academic education in finance.
• Several years of work experience in the finance area with similar tasks.
• Meritorious with knowledge of Visma Control and Visma DCE.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
