We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 6-month consulting assignment with a client north of Stockholm, with immediate start. The assignment offers the opportunity for hybrid work, where office work is combined with remote work.
You will be part of an accounts payable team and work closely with both colleagues and other functions within the organization.
Your tasks will include:
Registration and management of supplier invoices
Execution of supplier payments
Reconciliation of accounts payable
Handling reminders and supplier inquiries
Support in other administrative tasks within finance
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience working with accounts payable
Has good system knowledge and is accustomed to working in financial systems
Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
Is driven and has a desire to learn and develop
Has experience from larger organizations (preferred)
