The Administrative Court in Stockholm is a modern and development-oriented workplace with engaged employees. About the position
As a summer law clerk, you will primarily draft proposals for judgments and decisions. The work may also involve addressing both practical and procedural questions as well as contacting parties. You will work in one of the court's nine adjudicating departments. In your work, you need to be meticulous, efficient, express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, and have a good ability to collaborate.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- is studying or has completed the law program.
- has completed at least 180 ECTS credits of the courses in the program at the time of application.
- has completed and received grades in the course components in procedural law and administrative law.
- has good grades from completed parts of the law education.
No previous work experience is required.
To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means you stand up for democratic values and the state values that govern the operations of Swedish Courts. We require that you comply with applicable laws. Prior to employment, background checks may be conducted.

With your application, you should attach transcripts from the law program and a CV. Selection for the positions will be based on grades from the law program.
The employment is temporary from June 15 to August 14, 2026. You should be able to work throughout the entire period, except for a few paid vacation days.
