Administrator at IF Metall Stockholm County

Are you an engaged and responsible administrator with good collaboration skills? IF Metall Stockholm County is now looking for an administrator who shares the values of the labor movement and believes that justice, equality, and gender equality are important. In this role, you will perform administrative tasks related to the membership register/membership service and communicate with members via email and phone. About the position

As an administrator, your tasks will largely involve collaborating with other administrators and union representatives. The work includes tasks such as member contacts and contacts with employers.

Your main tasks will be to:

• administer the department's membership and employer register
• register members' entries and exits
• manage the department's membership fees
• provide advice to members on insurance and contractual issues
• perform other tasks related to the position.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in customer or member contacts who is always willing to provide good service. You have experience working with varied administrative tasks and you have a structured approach to your work. Your knowledge of Swedish and English is good in both spoken and written forms, and it is an advantage if you have good knowledge of additional languages. As a person, you are self-driven with a developed ability to prioritize. It is essential that you have good collaboration skills and that you are responsible. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and on sharing the values of the labor movement and the values that IF Metall holds.
