ABOUT THE POSITION

As an employee in Mail and Logistics Management, you play a central role in the bank's internal flows. You are responsible for ensuring that information, valuable documents, and packages reach the right person at the right time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

Mail handling: Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Valuable documents: Secure handling of registered letters and sensitive documents according to the bank's strict security procedures.
Logistics & Supplies: Responsible for delivery reception, goods handling, and replenishment of office supplies.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented to the fingertips and understands the importance of discretion and accuracy in a banking environment. You see what needs to be done before anyone asks, and you enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

Complete upper secondary education.
Previous experience in service professions
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

To be considered for this role, a successful background check is required.

It is advantageous if you have:

Experience in similar work within logistics or mail is a plus.
