Do you want to work with transport service administration and authority exercise in the form of processing national transport services and are you interested in the elderly target group? The Elderly Assistance Assessment is responsible for authority exercise according to the Social Services Act and the National Transport Services Act for persons over 65 years.

The area is led by an area manager and includes four units within the field of elderly assistance assessment, consisting of a total of 89 dedicated employees. The position as a temporary transport service administrator is part of a team with three other transport service administrators.

Your Role

As a transport service administrator, you are responsible for investigating the need for transport services as well as investigating, assessing, and deciding on national transport services according to the National Transport Services Act for persons over 65 years. The work consists largely of documentation and meetings with others, thus placing high demands on good communication in both speech and writing. You should be able to plan and organize your work independently but also work in a team where you help each other distribute the workload.

Your Competence and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school diploma or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Previous experience in transport service administration or other administrative work that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in handling national transport services.
• Knowledge of the City of Stockholm's guidelines regarding national transport services.
• Practical experience and knowledge of the documentation system Paraply and the transport service portal SoFT.
