We are looking for someone who is communicative and solution-oriented for a developing role where you contribute to the future of healthcare and health in Sweden.

About the position

You will be part of the statistics unit 1, which is responsible for reporting, managing, and further developing the waiting time database and other health data registers. Our registers are used for research, statistics, as well as monitoring and evaluation.

Together with engaged colleagues in the team, you strive for a high reporting rate and quality in our register. You provide good service and qualified support to our data providers, such as guidance and information related to the collections. Incoming questions are often complex and require you to understand different parts of our operations and have a holistic view. The role also involves ongoing administrative tasks, such as documentation of meetings, invitations, and documentation to support users and data providers.

As part of the team, you will have many contacts both internally and externally and often take on a coordinating function.

About you

To thrive and do a good job, it is important that you have a working method with a lot of structure and accuracy while also wanting to provide good service. As a person, you have your own drive, good communication skills, and enjoy both internal and external contacts. You have an interest in the interplay between workflows and quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.

You are good at seeing the whole picture, understanding consequences, and focusing on solutions. We also want you to enjoy varied tasks, be a quick learner, and have previously demonstrated good collaboration skills. In the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

We are looking for someone who has

  • post-secondary education relevant to the tasks
  • good knowledge of the Office suite
  • very good oral and written skills in Swedish
  • current experience in providing support and assistance via phone and email.

It is meritorious if you have experience in

  • reporting waiting times from a healthcare provider
  • reporting data to authorities
  • journal systems in healthcare or social services
  • public administration.

Good to know

The employment is a fixed-term position from March 1 to August 31, 2026. Your job title will be administrator, located in our offices at Västerbroplan in Stockholm. In spring 2027, the authority will move to newly renovated premises in Solna strand.
