The firm has a strong inflow of bankruptcy administration cases and needs to strengthen the team with more dedicated specialists.

Custos Advokater is a law firm specializing in economic crimes, insolvency law, and tax law. The firm provides clients with qualified legal advice from its office in Stockholm.

About the position:
In the role of a lawyer, you will work with bankruptcy and insolvency cases. You are expected to work independently on assignments and be part of a team that is currently establishing operations in newly renovated premises in Norra Djurgårdsstaden.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Independent handling of bankruptcy and insolvency cases
• Legal advice to clients
• Contributing to building the business in insolvency
• Possible opportunity to work as a restructuring advisor

We are looking for someone who:
You are an experienced lawyer and also an attorney who thrives in a business-oriented role with personal responsibility. You are used to working independently and have a strong commitment to the client's best interests.

Requirements:

• Attorney with experience in bankruptcy administration and the role of a bankruptcy administrator
• Member of Rekon
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Social, structured, and self-driven
