Your New Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to join a global organization undergoing significant transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving and embedding change initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

You will work closely with project leaders, transformation teams, and a dedicated Change Network to support communication, training, and capability building throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.

  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.

  • Identify, anticipate, and manage resistance to change through structured actions and engagement.

  • Drive the formulation of clear and relevant key messages and propose effective ways to anchor and cascade them throughout the organization.

  • Create, deliver, and continuously refine communication and training materials based on feedback from the Change Network.

  • Facilitate Change Impact Assessments performed by the Change Network.

  • Support the establishment of Super-users through train-the-trainer approaches and enable knowledge sharing across product lines.

  • Facilitate and maintain the overall project communication plan and related materials.

  • Lead regular interactions with the Project Change Network to ensure communication, training, and Super-user activities are progressing according to plan and that gaps are identified and addressed.

  • Collaborate closely with the Implementation Lead, Data Transformation Lead, and PLM Team Lead within the Project Planning team to ensure alignment with overall implementation plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements.

  • Contribute to or drive project-related assessments and analyses as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is considered a strong advantage.
