Job Description

Telge Bostäder is seeking a local strategist with business development responsibility for the rental team. The role is central to ensuring a high rental rate and involves both strategic and operational work with the rental of premises. The local strategist is responsible for the entire rental process – from termination to contract signing – and drives business proposals to increase occupancy. The tasks also include rental negotiations, financial follow-up, customer contact, and coordination of viewings.

The position is located at Telge Group's headquarters in central Södertälje. The local strategist will be part of the Rental unit, which includes eleven employees, including rental agents and lease legal investigators. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties and plays an important role in creating long-term value for the business. Responsibilities

Main tasks

• Contribute to a high rental rate through long-term strategies and business solutions
• Strategic responsibility for the entire rental process, from termination to contract signing
• Conduct rental negotiations, enter into new agreements, and renegotiate existing contracts
• Perform financial follow-up, prepare budget materials, and monitor the budget
• Manage tenant adaptations and coordinate actions
• Ensure proper documentation of rental agreements and related documents
• Coordinate viewings of available premises and provide relevant information to potential tenants during business-critical rentals
• The link/requirement setter between Telge Bostäder and Telge Fastigheter, related to local rentals

Qualifications

• Relevant academic education or work experience deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience in local rentals
• Experience in rental negotiations and administration related to local rentals
• Good financial understanding, including budget work and follow-up
• Experience in customer contact and coordination of viewings 
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Experience in commercial local rentals
