Communicator Wanted for Exciting Project

We are looking for a structured, pedagogical, and creative Communicator who wants to be a key person in a larger project. In this role, you will support project management with both internal and external communication, ensuring that messages are visualized clearly and kept up to date.

You will be employed by Manpower and work at our client's site within a larger project area. The client is anonymous, but the role involves close collaboration with several stakeholders in the project's organization.

The position is 50%, making it perfect for you who:

• Are a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%
• Are a retiree looking to work part-time in an exciting project.

There is an opportunity to work from home occasionally, but parts of the job require on-site presence in the project each week.

Your Responsibilities

Internal Communication

• Update information screens (once a week)
• Create and send out monthly information letters (once a month)
• Continuously update procedures, templates, and documentation
• Create or enhance project presentations (e.g., in PowerPoint)
• Support communication needs across the entire project organization
• Contribute to the production of informational videos
• Manage invitations and RSVPs, including dietary restrictions, for various project events
• Coordinate graphic materials such as signs, banners, and vehicle markings
• Administrative communication tasks

External Communication

• Coordinate external messages with the communicators of the various involved companies
• Contribute to newsletters and mailings to residents and the public
• Support the development of accurate and clear messages

Qualifications

• Structured, meticulous, and self-driven
• Pedagogical ability
• Strong written communication skills
• Administrative experience
• Very good computer skills
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and visual expression
• Comfortable collaborating across organizational boundaries
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
