We are now looking for a professional and service-oriented full-time receptionist in Stockholm for an assignment with one of our clients. Here you will have a central role where you are the face of the organization and contribute to a welcoming and structured work environment.

As a receptionist, you are responsible for the daily operations of the reception and are an important contact point for both visitors and employees. The role combines service with administrative tasks and is suitable for you who enjoy order, structure, and providing excellent service.

• Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
• Manage booking of meeting rooms and conference services
• Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries
• Perform administrative tasks such as registration and document management
• Order office supplies and maintain order in common areas
• Support colleagues and managers with administrative matters

• Experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner

Meritorious

• Experience with switchboard systems
• Previous work in a larger organization
• Familiarity with booking or case management systems
