Hyacintens Preschool is part of the Haga preschools unit, along with Taborsbergs Preschool.

At Haga preschools, we work with the pedagogical learning environment and play as important parts of children's development and learning. At Hyacintens Preschool, we divide the children's group into younger and older children.

We want to welcome you to a place filled with hope for the future, participation, trust, and joy in our collaborative approach. Right now, we are working on sustainable development through a project-oriented approach and pedagogical documentation as the engine of the project work.

Our organization is based on a high level of participation and collaboration, which creates space for team reflection time as well as individual pedagogical development time.

We are a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool where the competent child is in focus. Our approach is based on the curriculum, and we clarify our methods through the work plan.

We are now looking for a colleague who wants to take on the exciting role of preschool teacher with us.

Your Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for actively leading, planning, and ensuring the quality of the daily work at the preschool. You will systematically and continuously follow up and analyze in collaboration with other colleagues to improve the preschool's quality and thus also the child's opportunity for development and learning.

Together with your colleagues, you will design stimulating and inspiring learning environments. You will work on projects and drive education and teaching forward.

You will work to develop children's learning through clarifying pedagogy and documentation of children's learning processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is an educated and licensed preschool teacher with experience in the profession. You have a genuine interest and curiosity in working in a Reggio Emilia inspired way and working according to our municipal preschools' common development plan.

You want to be part of a preschool that is constantly evolving, where you help create the best possible conditions for both children and adults. You have the ability to inspire others to achieve common goals. You should be able to develop positive relationships with those you meet; children, guardians, and colleagues. You communicate information clearly and confidently. You value collegial learning based on the common development work.

You have the ability to translate the curriculum's goals and intentions into practice and have a high pedagogical awareness. You should be motivated and engaged in wanting to shape a preschool that is safe, enjoyable, and educational for all children. You should be well-versed in the governing documents that regulate education and act according to these in meetings with children, guardians, and colleagues.

We need you to have experience and to want to contribute to developing and stimulating learning environments.

You have good Swedish skills in both speech and writing. You have knowledge of documentation within systematic quality work.
