Who are we?

Vilbergsskolan is a F–6 school in Norrköping with approximately 340 students. We work long-term and consciously to create safety, study peace, and a learning environment where all students feel included and seen.

Your responsibilities

The position involves strengthening the teaching organization in the current grade 5 by appointing an additional teacher. We see a need for enhanced pedagogical leadership and a more goal-oriented approach to motivation for learning, as well as safety and study peace.

The assignment involves working in a co-teaching model in the grade. Together with colleagues, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching with clear structures and shared responsibility for students' learning and school life. You actively work to create stability, a conducive work environment, and good conditions for students' knowledge development.

You will collaborate closely with the work team, student health services, and school leadership, contributing to the school's collective development work.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher who meets students with safety and clarity and adapts your language so that everyone understands and feels included. In the classroom, you are present and clear, and together with your colleague in the co-teaching model, you create structure, a conducive work environment, and teaching that maintains a consistent and high quality.

You enjoy working closely with others, willingly sharing your experiences and taking joint responsibility for planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching. When the work is challenging, you do not give up but show perseverance and drive in your daily work with students.

Through positive and clear pedagogical leadership, you build motivation and engagement among students. You are reliable, take responsibility for both your own and the collective mission, and stand firm in agreements. With good foresight, you plan and organize teaching together with your colleague, with clear goals and a structure that creates safety for students and a conducive work environment in the classroom.

We place great importance on personal suitability. The start date is by agreement, with a preference for a prompt start.
