Ödeshög Municipality is located in southwestern Östergötland, with Omberg to the north, Lake Vättern to the west, the fertile Östgötaslätten to the east, and the deep forests of Holaveden to the south. The E4 highway runs through the municipality, allowing you to easily reach both Linköping and Jönköping in 40 minutes by car. Approximately 5,400 residents live in Ödeshög Municipality, which, with about 400 permanent employees across four different administrations, is the largest employer in the municipality.

Ödeshög Municipality has four preschools run by the municipality: Röks Preschool in Rök, Ellen Key's Preschool in Hästholmen, Rainbow Preschool, and Ship's Preschool in the town of Ödeshög.

Within Ödeshög's preschools, we are working on a development project focusing on language with an emphasis on language-developing activities such as the Bornholm model, reading aloud, book discussions, TAKK, visual support, and working in smaller groups.

Together, we work for educational improvement that is expected to enhance the children's foundation for their future schooling.

We now need to strengthen the organization with accessible and driven substitutes.

As a substitute, you have an important task to ensure the best interests of the child in the tasks you perform.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker or has other experience working with children. You should preferably have several years of experience working with children.

You are a team player but also enjoy taking initiative.

You have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to current circumstances.

You can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A driving license (B) and access to a car are required.
