About the Position

Client: A man in his 35s with brain damage and epilepsy.
Scope: Extra as needed (day, evening, and night) during illness or leave.
Working method: The client has double assistance around the clock.
Start: Immediately.

Your Responsibilities

Assistance with all daily living activities and hygiene.
Transfers using a lift.
Tube feeding.
As the client cannot communicate, you will be the client's voice during healthcare contacts and manage written documentation.

Who Are You?

Experience: You have worked with disabilities before (experience with epilepsy is a plus).
Language: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
Personality: Calm, attentive, meticulous, and flexible.
Requirements: Driver's license.

Other:

• You need to have bank ID/mobile bank ID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• We require a criminal record extract from the police.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply in good time.

Salary and Agreement:

At Inspirera Assistans, we have individual salary setting, which means a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
