We are now looking for personal assistants for a young woman who lives in her own home in Vallastaden. She needs reliable people who can support her in her daily life, but also join her in creating moments filled with laughter and community.
 
Who she is
She is a cheerful and curious woman who appreciates people who meet her with patience, creativity, and warmth. She loves walks, enjoys animals, and likes to take a ride on her electric moped. Doing things together with her assistants means a lot to her, which is why we are looking for someone who enjoys planning both small and large activities that make everyday life more fun and boost her self-esteem.
 
About the role
As a personal assistant, you are her support in everyday life. You assist with personal care and household chores, but your role is just as much about creating security and joy. You need to be attentive, flexible, and responsive to her needs.
 
Who we are looking for
We believe you are a calm and secure person who sees the beauty in working closely with another person. You likely still have a childlike spirit and enjoy laughing together. To thrive in this role, you need to be able to take initiative but also have the ability to step back when needed.
We want you to have:

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) and autism.
• Knowledge of and experience with low-arousal approaches.
• A genuine commitment to creating a meaningful everyday life for others.
