Who are we?

Service Housing Stafettgatan 8 is a place where we transform everyday life into meaningful and secure moments for our residents.

This service housing has 18 self-catering apartments. The apartments have balconies or patios for those located on the ground floor. The unit is an LSS accommodation within the Social Services' operations.

We are a dedicated team working to create value for the individual and strive for each person to feel seen and supported in their development.

Your responsibilities

As a support assistant, you are an important part of our team and work closely with our users to meet their needs for support and care.

You collaborate with both colleagues and other professionals in the field to create a pleasant and stimulating environment.

In addition to supporting users in their daily activities, there is an opportunity to participate in projects to improve our working methods and create even better conditions for development.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma from the health and care program, the child and leisure program with a social focus, or other relevant education that we consider equivalent, such as behavioral science and treatment pedagogy.

You have experience in heavy care work and we prefer that you have experience with LSS and low-arousal approaches.

Experience in mobility knowledge is advantageous as this is relevant in the unit.

As a person, you are attentive and responsible, but can also contribute to positive energy and joy at work. You have good collaboration skills and are clear in your communication.

Great emphasis is placed on having very good self-awareness and a good understanding of your own emotions, and how your own behavior affects your surroundings, colleagues as well as the target group for interventions within LSS service housing.

You are flexible and can adapt when the work requires it. You work independently in your tasks and ask for help when necessary.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license is desirable.
