Job Description:

We are now looking for a dedicated and confident personal assistant for a wonderful 15-year-old boy with autism. The role involves providing support in his daily life and creating conditions for a meaningful and predictable existence. The client lives with his family at home and needs assistance with daily routines, personal hygiene, activities, and social interaction. As there may be challenging behaviors, it is important that you can act calmly, steadily, and with great patience in stressful situations. It is also essential that you are physically strong as the work can be physically demanding at times. The client is non-verbal but communicates through clear signals and can show what he wants and needs. At the client's request, we prefer female applicants.

• Is calm, attentive, and secure in yourself.

• Has experience with neuropsychiatric disorders, preferably autism.

• Has knowledge of or experience with low-arousal approaches – an advantage.

• Is responsible, flexible, and can work both independently and in consultation with relatives.

• Has good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.

• Employment Type: Hourly needs-based employment initially, with the possibility of a fixed-term contract later

• Extent: Part-time

• Working Hours: (06-07:30) 14:15-18, 13:15-18, 10-18.

• Start Date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
