About the position:

As a personal assistant with nursing assistant training, you will be part of an engaged team working to create security, participation, and quality of life for our client.

The client lives in his own apartment in central Norrköping. He has been granted double staffing around the clock and awake night shifts. The client enjoys music, movies, and being outdoors. Several mornings a week, he participates in daily activities with his assistants.

Your responsibilities:

· Carry out medical interventions

· Provide personal care

· Create activities and stimulation in daily life

· Documentation and reporting according to routines

The position involves both routine tasks according to plan and situations where you need to act quickly and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is a trained nursing assistant or has experience working in healthcare, preferably as a personal assistant.

· Is driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.

· Has the ability to work calmly and methodically even in pressured situations.

· Has a professional demeanor and a big heart for care and support.

· Collaborates well in a team and communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable:

· Previous experience working with multiple disabilities or advanced care.

· Knowledge of medical technical procedures (e.g., tube feeding and respiratory support).

Working hours and Employment rate:

You will be employed by Björkö Assistans, which is the client’s assistance company. We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a position covering 75-100% for days, evenings, and weekends.

Day shifts are from 07:00-14:30/07:30-15:00, evening shifts are from 14:30-21:00/15:00-21:30.

We are also looking for hourly substitutes!
