Engaged substitutes and summer substitutes wanted!

Inspirera Assistans is looking for engaged substitutes and summer substitutes in Linköping, Motala, Mjölby, and Mantorp starting immediately. The work involves facilitating the everyday life of clients by assisting with hygiene, mobility, leisure activities, and household chores. The role requires sensitivity to individual needs and the ability to adapt the services provided.

• Scope: Summer substitute (part-time/on-call).
• Responsibilities: Personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, meals, communication, mobility, household chores, and leisure activities.
• Qualifications: Attentive, engaged, and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the client.

As a personal assistant at Inspirera Assistans, you make a crucial difference by supporting a fellow human being in their daily life with empathy, service mindset, and responsibility. You help the client live an independent and equal life based on their own wishes, without taking over. The work requires respect for privacy and integrity.

Desirable: Experience in care and support is an advantage but not a requirement. Personal suitability is highly valued.

• You need to have a bank ID/mobile bank ID to view schedules and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
