About the assignment
Our customer lives with ALS and has extensive care needs. To ensure that daily life functions as best as possible, he communicates using an eye computer. The work is carried out through double staffing around the clock, which means that you work together with a colleague to provide the customer with safe and secure care. We place great importance on being attentive, not only to the customer's needs but also in contact with his relatives.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and wants to contribute to a positive daily life.
Experience: You have previously worked in care and support. It is an advantage if you have experience with a respirator or inhaler.
Personality: You are cheerful, positive, and have excellent teamwork skills.
Language: You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Other: You are smoke-free.

Working hours
We are looking for someone who can work during the following shifts:
Day shift: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00
Evening shift: 16:00-22:00 or 17:00-23:00
Night: 22:00-08:00 or 23:00-09:00

You will receive thorough introduction and training tailored to the customer's specific needs. Other:

• You need to have bank ID/mobile bank ID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• A criminal record check will be requested.
• Selection is ongoing, so please apply in good time.

Salary and contract:
Inspirera Assistans applies individual salary setting, and as an assistant, you receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
