Job Description

We are looking for a social pedagogue for Team Nova who will work with students in grades 1-6. At Team Nova, two teachers and two social pedagogues work with a smaller group of about eight students aged 7-12 years. Together with other colleagues at Team Nova, you will work on initiatives to promote safety, teaching according to the curriculum, conducting social assessments, and individual planning. At Team Nova, we collaborate with the student's home and school as well as other important stakeholders for the student to support them in achieving educational goals. We work very structured, with clear boundaries and frameworks to support the students. The goal is to guide the student back to their regular school environment.

We work inclusively with various pedagogical tools and adapt the school environment and teaching according to the students' needs. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained social pedagogue and has an easy time building trusting relationships. It is important for us that you have a salutogenic approach and care about creating a good learning environment for the students. You are relationship-building towards students, colleagues, and guardians alike. You have pedagogical insight and the ability to see the whole picture. You are structured but also flexible in your working methods and have the ability to analyze and solve problems.

Previous experience working with students with special needs is an advantage. You should be confident and clear in your role. You plan, implement, and evaluate your work to create the best possible conditions for each student's learning and development. You have the ability to consider both the individual child's and the group's needs. You are a warm, unpretentious, attentive, and ambitious team player with a solution-focused approach who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve set goals. We place great importance on personal suitability.

A driver's license (B) is required.
