Social Services

The Social Services are responsible for interventions, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and must implement interventions regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet their needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and service spirit.

Provider LSS and Social Psychiatry

With over 400 permanent employees, this provider operation is aimed at children, youth, and adults. We are governed by LSS, SoL, and HSL and have implementation responsibility for interventions regulated by these laws. The operation is characterized by putting the individual at the center and collaborating to meet the individual's needs. The operation has a strong customer focus, good service spirit, and provides conditions for cross-border work that is both inspiring and competency-developing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a personal assistant, you will support the woman in her daily life at home, during activities, and in various everyday situations. Tasks include care, support with personal hygiene, handling assistive devices, medication management, as well as some cooking and cleaning.

The workplace is located in Tjällmo.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal competencies:

  • For this assignment, we are looking for a woman according to the client's wishes.
  • You have a high school diploma, preferably as a nursing assistant or childcare worker.
  • Experience in care and personal assistance is an advantage.
  • You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license B and access to your own car.
