The Unit for Advice, Support, and Treatment is the social services' execution unit within the municipality's individual and family care. The unit includes several different specializations, such as family teams, addiction care, the resource team, domestic violence support, personal representatives, and support for crime victims.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Resource Coordinator, you are responsible for finding and recruiting resources regarding residential care (HVB), foster homes, emergency foster homes, outpatient care, contact families, and contact persons that match the needs of children, young people, and adults. You are responsible for investigating foster homes, emergency foster homes, contact families, and contact persons. A large part of the daily work involves guiding and supporting assignees in their tasks. Negotiation and contract signing with various providers are common tasks.

The assignment also includes monitoring placement development and statistics, as well as having special responsibility for following up on the quality of both outpatient and inpatient care. Business travel is common as follow-ups often take place in homes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Social Work or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Documented experience in the social services sector and experience with placement and resource issues
• A valid driver's license (Class B)

It is also an advantage if you have experience in investigating and guiding assignees.

Furthermore, you radiate security in your professional role and have the ability to perform in a pressurized environment and handle difficult situations. You work in a systematic, methodical, and reliable manner and have a high ability to follow instructions and deliver results, both regarding quality and productivity, as well as adhering to set schedules. You also have good knowledge of documentation and are well-versed in current legislation.
